Londoner Michael Zee, behind the hugely successful Symmetry Breakfast Instagram account, has been creating colourful breakfast dishes for himself and his partner for around 3 years. Understanding that social media relies heavily on visual appeal, Zee ensures that his dishes are perfectly presented and plated for two – a concept that has grown a mass following and praise from the likes of Jamie Oliver.
To keep their morning meals exciting the men eat breakfast dishes that are traditional to different countries all over the world, often reading Michael’s followers’ suggestions for fresh inspiration. The ex-teacher aims to break breakfast boundaries and inspire people to think outside the cereal box with the release of his forthcoming book, Symmetry Breakfast: Cook Love Share, released August 2016.
