Ella graduated with a Textile Design degree from Birmingham City University, where she focused on print and trend research alongside working as a material researcher.
Interning at USP led to her later working as the Assistant Colour Editor. Ella used the time in between to travel to parts of Asia and Central America, as well as working in fashion retail, managing her parent’s surf and skate shop and developing skills in marketing.
Her role at USP enables her to further explore how trends evolve and continue her love for colour, whilst utilising her Virgo organisational and perfectionism skills.
